clean rooms comfortable beds helpful staff quick access
The hotel features very clean rooms. My room had comfortable beds. I found the staff consistently helpful and polite. The location provides quick access to transport links.
The room service menu could have included more options.

excellent atrium cool staff uncomfortable bed thin pillow
i found the location amazing. the hotel has history, and the atrium is excellent. the staff are cool, especially the doormen!!!
i regret picking this hotel for a stay. the bed is uncomfortable, and pillows are thin. the rooms are noisy, i could hear street noise.

Really good Service and Ornate Features
large couch rainfall shower
I received an unexpected upgrade to a premium king room upon arrival. The room included a large couch, a desk, a chair, beautiful art, and a full bathroom. It also had a rainfall shower. The location is very nice with easy access to subway lines, restaurants, and shops.
I experienced noise from the very active restaurant. It was audible through the front door. This was disruptive late into the night.

The bar is quite excellent. I loved the lovely atrium. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast offered high-quality options and tasted delicious. The building features beautiful architecture with authentic design from the elevators to the lobby.
The hotel room was somewhat dark given the surrounding buildings.
